Terms and Conditions for Conference Registration

International Conference on Progress in Mitochondrial Research and Therapy 11-12 November 2024 | SDM University, Dharwad

  1. Registration and Payment
    • Eligibility: Registration for the International Conference on Progress in Mitochondrial Research and Therapy is open to professionals, researchers, students, and other interested parties.
    • Registration Fees: All attendees must pay the registration fee to participate in the conference. The fees details are mentioned in registration page.
    • Payment Methods: Registration fees can be paid UPI, or bank transfer. Detailed payment instructions will be provided upon completion of the registration form.
    • Confirmation: Upon successful registration and payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address. This email will include a receipt and additional conference information.
  2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
    • No Cancellation: Registrations cannot be cancelled once completed.
    • No Refund: Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  3. Participation and Conduct
    • Code of Conduct:Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated. The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant violating this policy without a refund.
    • Certificates: Only registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance. The presenting author will be eligible for a conference presentation certificate.
  4. Intellectual Property and Recording
    • Abstracts and Research:Submitted abstracts or research should not have been published or presented elsewhere. All submissions must be original, and plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
    • Presentations and Materials: All presentations, materials, and content shared during the conference are the intellectual property of the respective authors and presenters. Unauthorized recording, copying, or distribution of these materials is prohibited.
    • Photography and Recording: By attending the conference, participants consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and educational purposes by the organizers. Participants may opt out by notifying the organizers in writing before the event.
    • Publication of Abstracts: Conference abstracts may be published as proceedings of the conference or in an abstract book.
  5. Privacy Policy
    • Data Protection: The organizers will handle all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal information provided during registration will be used solely for conerence-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
  6. Amendments
    • Changes to Terms and Conditions: The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants via email and will be effective immediately upon notification.

By registering for the International Conference on Progress in Mitochondrial Research and Therapy, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
